By visiting the VinylBox website and by purchasing VinylBox products, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of use outlined below.
Throughout this document, the term ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to VinylBox (legally owned and operated by VinylBox Holdings Ltd) and as such, represents the views of the company in their entirety.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms and conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products or Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our return policy.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described. Any weights, dimensions and capacities given about the goods are approximate only. Product images are used for illustrative purposes only and may differ upon delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website and we shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials contained on this website.
Modifications to the service and prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue our service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
Cancellation rights and refunds policy
Once you enter into a subscription agreement with VinylBox, as a default you will be renewed, approximately, every 30 days, in line with the monthly selection windows, which are always communicated by email and, optionally, SMS.
If you are a subscriber and wish to skip a month or cancel, you must contact hello@vinylbox.co, before the end of the selection period.
If a you do not make a selection during the selection window, you will have your VinylBox account credited. This credit is available to use during any future selection window, however, is non-refundable.
If you receive a your box and it is no longer wanted, Under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you are entitled to cancel your order for any unopened and unused item(s) purchased from VinylBox for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the items. Please contact hello@vinylbox.co to arrange return.
You will be liable for paying the cost of return and all vinyl must be unopened, sealed, and undamaged upon receipt.
Current shipping and handling fees are as follows: Box of 3 vinyl - UK orders will be subject to a £10 shipping fee being deducted from returns and international orders will be subject to the full cost of shipping (per shipping group) being deducted. These fees remain subject to change without notice.
Ownership of rights
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to VinylBox Holdings Ltd. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website for any purpose, without first seeking our permission to do so.
Ordering errors
You can correct errors on your order or details submitted until you confirm your purchase during the ordering process by emailing hello@vinylbox.co within 24 hours after making a selection. After this point, we will assume that all information provided as part of your order is correct and will process your order accordingly. The products you have purchased with us are dispatched once confirmation has been received that your payment has been successfully processed. We are not liable for errors made by the customer, such as a faulty address. We recommend that you double check the information provided prior to completing your purchase.
Delivery
Once your box is dispatched, you will receive the tracking number, giving you the ability to either check online, or via your mobile, to see when your item has been delivered. The item(s) will be delivered to the address you specify for delivery as part of the checkout process. It is important that this address is accurate. If it is not, the delivery of any replacement item may need to be covered by the buyer. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
We will aim to deliver the goods within the timescale quoted on our website, but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date may be extended by a reasonable period. Any change in the address for future deliveries must be provided at least 1 calendar month in advance, in order to ensure that items are not sent to an incorrect address. Risk of damage to / loss of items passes to you at the time of delivery. Items supplied are not for resale.
Missed delivery or non-collection
Our carrier will attempt to deliver your item three times and offer you options to deliver to your neighbour or safe location. If it can’t be delivered to them, they will leave a card with details of redelivery, or collection from their Customer Service Point.
Discounts
Only one discount code can be used per order. If a customer manages to checkout with two discount codes, only one will be applied to actual order when it is processed. The customer will be made aware of this in advance of the order being shipped.
Faulty goods
In the event that your product is faulty, please follow the general returns procedure and define the item as faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that it can only be replaced for the same product, subject to availability. If the same product is not available, or an alternative can’t be agreed, you are entitled to a full refund. Goods are deemed faulty, if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear will not be considered faulty and will be returned to you with no refunds issued.
Marketing

User comments, feedback and other submissions
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these terms and conditions.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.
Law, jurisdiction and language
This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should therefore review them before making any purchase.
